Machine Guarding Responsibility

(8 min.) The first and most important safety measure to be taken when working with machines, any equipment is called Machine Guarding. Machine guarding protects individuals from getting their hands, arms, any other body parts from getting cut, crushed, sheared or otherwise seriously damaged. This program is designed to explain some of the basics of machine guarding and to give you information relating to potential hazards you can avoid by working and acting safely around equipment and machinery.
