Hypothermia

(14 min.) In this short training program, we'll concentrate on the basics of hypothermia, how to recognize it, and what to do about it. We'll discuss frostbite in the same manner and we'll include basic first aid. The first aid portion of the program has been approved by several medical experts and The American Heart Association and the American Safety and Health Institute. Throughout the program, you should understand that medical experts often disagree on the treatment of hypothermia and frostbite; therefore you should always consult your medical advisor relating to any medical treatment or first aid procedures for any type of illness or injury.
