Knife Safety (Hospitality)

(9 min.) This short training program is designed to make you more aware of your safety responsibilities when working with knives and other sharp objects. We can't cover every aspect of knife safety in this short program, but we do want to increase your awareness by presenting some basic safety rules.

Topics included in this safety video are: recognized hazards, safety policies and procedures, protective glove, cleaning and sanitizing, knives, and box cutters.

Program comes with a CD-ROM of written materials, including test questions and answers. English title also includes PowerPoint presentation.
