(15 min.)In this short training program, we're going to discuss only one part of a good Safety program. It's called Ergonomics. Ergonomics is nothing new, but there have been a number of improvements and advancements in the study of ergonomics recently.

Topics included in this safety video are: ergonomic basics - science of arranging and adjusting the work environment to fit the employee's body, human error, proper posture, carpal tunnel syndrome, why RSI occurred only recently?, computer workstation, exercises (Shoulder Blade Squeeze, Eye Palming technique, Arm and Shoulder Shake, Spanning), and a safety program.

Program comes with a CD-ROM of written materials, including test questions and answers. English title also includes PowerPoint presentation.
