(12 min.) This program is designed to make you more aware of your responsibilities and provide you with techniques and procedures to ensure your own safety and the safety of our guests. We'll take a look at a few common situations and illustrations of the right way and the wrong way to handle them. As Homeland Security threat levels change, different hotel practices will also change and they must adhere to the current security practices.

Topics included in this safety video are: suspicious activity or persons, items found on premises (suitcase, bag or other item in a hallway or other atypical location), activities in parking lots, suspicious activity, doors to storage rooms, meeting rooms or offices, hallways, stairwells, and emergency exits, take a personal responsibility for safety, and security.
